You pay $0.05 for the rights to get 2 warrants free and if you convert them you pay another $0.05 ($0.025 + $0.025) SO YOU PAY $ 0.10 to get 2 chasen shares. And to insult you further they already tell you ' theoretical ex-rights price of $0.0673' and also VERY GOOD DISCOUNTS. Look at their rights.warrants history ---- share price go lower and lower and ... I know they will tell you NOT TO WORRY got many projects coming share price will go up so $0.025 very cheap. They say the same for the conversion of $0.30 wrts and $0.12 wrts. DON' T SUBSCRIBE THIS ONE, unless you want to give tithes like the CHC generous believer. SGX should ban these type of beggers from scamming retail aunties and uncles. They keep on issuing rights and warrants that keep on going underwater. Buyback seem to keep the price down -- CFO should see other company buybacks. 1) The management La Kopi after making $10 million from the $0.30 warrants --- expired worthless. 2) Try their luck again on the $0.12 warrants -- company make $1 million --- now share price $0.065 3) Third time now another mumbo jumbo rights / warrants - THEY THINK THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE BIG BIG and then La Kopi again. Hopefully the share price don' t head to zero. Chasen and the same CEO has been around for so long -- did they look after the interest of shareholders ??? What dividend they gave ? Share price from $0.60 drop to $0.065 and all they care is rights/warrants and more rights/warrants -- maybe issue wah lan better ! The CEO and management are not working --- just depending on retail investors fund. They should open a Chasen  StarButt Cafe and La Kopi ......

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	On hindsight as of 12:45 pm you can buy 250,000 Chasen at $0.031 and 500,000 wrt180201 at $0.008 --- cost $ 0.047 per Rights bundle (offer to subscibe at $0.05 per bundle). It seems Chasen Management enjoy punishing retail investors (or donors), cannot even meet theorectical Ex Rights $0.0673. Now auntie uncle smart, more than 50% did not subscribed. Hope Chasen understand that they have poor records on fund raising Rights, wrts ... and remember it is PRICE PRICE PRICE and not offer wrts at Cheap, Cheap Cheap .... And better buckup before the minimum 20 cts cause more damage to donors. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Base on past and current Chasen wrts, very illiquid wide bid/ask spread (quite often no buyer no seller). I won' t bank on this latest one. Unless the share price is well supported (by biz profits) this current wrts will expire in 2 years. So I rather collect the shares at $0.033 then wrt at $0.025.
