Usually when there is a change of new FED chairman, Wallstreet creates a minor earthquake to warn the new chair to watch it, dont anyhow hike rates ! LASTLY, inflation may rise due to rising crude oil price. So in any case, VERY GOOD for Kim Heng and most oil and gas stocks.

They clear from 0.13 to to 0.125 just because they want to avoid getting caught with Dow -300+ Points. If Monday plan intact will go pass 0.13 I think .
