On 27 and 28 Aug , it closed flat but formed a inverted flag formation . At this juncture ,it must to make a key reversal or it would break out of this formation and go down further to $0.80 before reaching  $0.45

Even penny stock like Medtecs follows the theory . Breaking which may see a downside target of $0.45. # $1.10 -( $1.75 - $1.10 ) = $0.45 Hope this would not happen.
