IPCO invest significantly in 3 companies - 1. ESA into burn-in boards for semiconductor manufacturers which is dependent on Europe recovery 2. Asia Plan into properties in Seattle 3. Excellent Empire, via its wholly-owned subsidiary China Environmental and through its subsidiary companies in China, which supply natural gas to Anlu, Dawu and Xiaochang cities in Hubei Province, PRC What need to come clean and transparent is the Fair value gain on available-for-sale financial assets.
