Was quite lucky to sell and short 10 lots at 1.36. Genting can sell when it is above $1.35 and buy below 1.34, all for intraday trades. 10 to 20 lots, can make coffee easily. My position is clear, except my CFDs long.

Eversince the Fukushima tsunami, and serious radiation contamination, all food products from Japan were banned from entry into Singapore. Japan really lost plenty although most rich countries, including China, comes to its aids. Singapore also gave some. Because of the radiation problem arising from the leaks in nuclear plants as a result of the tsunami, Japan food exports worldwide were barred by trading partners, and the Japanese really lost in revenues for food. . However, now 3 years after the deady devastation, Japan is thinking of focusing on SE Asia in military as well as economic activities. Thus the opportunity arises for the Japanese to participate in a forum on security in the Asian pacific regions. There was no better time than this. Since Singapore govt under PAP is also a strong supporter of Japan, a Genting application for a licence to operate casinoes in Japan which is contemplating having a few there, would not be difficult. This is also echoed by the Jap PM, who responded with Singapore announcing that it will lift the ban of food products coming from Japan to Singapore, who states that he is very happy with this decision, and will welcome all Singapore investors to invest in Japan. Since Japan was also thinking of introducing casinoes, this will fit in for Genting S, which also eyeing the licence there. |

Thus he announced immediate lifting of ban of Japanese food, at the Asian Secuirty Forum in Shangrila Hotel. Saw Abe was so happy and responded by say, " we invite all Singaporean businesses to Japan" . OK Abe, we will ask you to let Genting Sing build our casino there.
