Who authorise and approve their IPO???? recommendation: DON' T SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR IPO!!!! DON' T GIVE AZTECH MANAGEMENT YOUR MONEY!!!! there are better counters like capitaland OCBC Ascenda reit' s Mapletree reits ST engineering. |

Has anyone ever heard of such an offer? How can minority shareholders challenge this Ordinary Resolution? And this come after a failure to obtain 90% Exit Offer acceptance when listed.
