They have new water business. As of January 2026, China Kunda Technology Holdings Limited is diversifying into the water treatment business. The company, through its subsidiary Kunda Plastic Electronic (Shenzhen), entered a joint venture (Shenzhen Xiao Qiang Quan Technology) to develop, produce, and distribute electrolysed water products and treatment Major SS holds a 73.45%. Should be okay. Question is when is the play.

This is the news : Going to venture into isotonic drinks... INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo or the &ldquo Directors&rdquo ) of China Kunda Technology Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , and its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), wishes to announce that the Company is venturing into the business of treatment of water (the &ldquo Water Treatment Business&rdquo ). The Company had obtained shareholders&rsquo approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 26 July 2016 to diversify into the Water Treatment Business, which includes the production of electrolysed water products and other related activities, as and when the appropriate opportunities arise, comprising: (a) research, development and design of electrolysed water treatment systems and technologies (b) manufacture and production of electrolysed water products from water treatment systems and related treatment devices (the &ldquo Products&rdquo ) and (c) distribution and marketing of the Products. The decision to venture into Water Treatment Business was previously deferred. The Company now considers it an opportune time to revisit the Water Treatment Business, supported by the availability of capital, technology and established distribution channels. The Company&rsquo s wholly owned subsidiary, Kunda Plastic Electronic (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (&ldquo Kunda Shenzhen&rdquo ) has on 20 January 2026 entered into a joint venture agreement (the &ldquo JVA&rdquo ) with Shenzhen Yidaoshun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (&ldquo Yidaoshun&rdquo , collectively with the Company, the &ldquo Parties&rdquo ). Under the JVA, the Parties intend to establish a joint venture company (the &ldquo JV Company&rdquo ), to be incorporated in Shenzhen, People&rsquo s Republic of China to engage in electrolyzed functional drinking water and sanitizer business, as the Parties may agree on from time to time (the &ldquo Joint Venture&rdquo ).
