The contracts are from various customers including the Land Transport Authority, Resorts World Sentosa as well as various commercial building projects. " These new awards are a further affirmation of the Group' s ability to compete and win across a diverse range of sectors," says CEO and executive director Xu Ruibing. " We remain focused on our robust pipeline of opportunities and are well-positioned to secure further significant projects in the coming months." Ever Glory shares closed at 82 cents down 1.2% for the day.

It is entirely possible that it runs up befor that and then see a wave of selling pressure because many of the CB holders might look to book significant profit. Its not bad to do that if you are sitting on profits. But over the next 12 months this is poised to go up and the next year dividends could be good too. The track record has been that the mngt have given dividends in bonus shares but the ration has been dipping with the increase in share price. But they have have conserved cash most of the time which is prudent in the construction business.

Moreover, I do have a feeling that it is the fund houses that are holding these CB shares, and I am wondering if it is them who set the target price and pumped up the price to make a grossly huge profit.. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	So first week of May likely will see many force sell shares afterall bonus shares not entitled dividend......Some analyst predict price may drop to 70c after bonus issue and ex-dividend ? JAMMIE      ( Date: 21-Apr-2026 09:42) Posted: i think all the new extra shares have now been factored in. Before the CB conversion the new bonus shares were about 95M. After the CB conversion the new bonus share issued are 99M. So 4M new shares for approx 16M shares from CB converson.  The record date for the new bonus shares is 30th april.  all in all it means that the selling presure from the CB conversion shares will not happen before the bonus shares are issued to all of us.
