Envictus International Holdings
Between July 9 and 14, Envictus International Holdings non-executive director and vice-chairman Sam Goi Seng Hui increased his total interest from 24.56 per cent to 24.90 per cent. Mr Goi, who is also the executive chairman of Tee Yih Jia Group and GSH Corporation, acquired 833,000 shares of Envictus for a consideration of S$81,634 at an average price of 9.80 cents per share.

Envictus to acquire Motivage,a company with license to produce Sweetened Condensed Milk (SCM). A very good and smart move to return Envictus to its glory days ( Etika as previously known sold its SCM product to Asahi). I am confident that with all the expertise within the company this move will produce another winner . BTW isn' t this is another company that Sam Goi (popiah king) has his fingers into? Worth watching. | ||
