x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Discouted cash flow methodology typically reflects the value of a share if the cashflows are paid to you as soon as you get it, while the discount rate you use reflects an efficient capital structure. The second assumption is definitely not true in this case, and possibly the first as well. These issues go a long way in this case in explaining why the share price is where it is. I have no argument with the idea that it is in management' s control to increase the share price significantly. But for all these years they have chosen not to. Why will this change?

The company attributes this to improvements in its construction business. Two months ago, KSH announced that its order book has reached around $1 billion. KSH expects to report on or around May 28. KSH shares closed at 37 cents on May 21, down 1.33% for the day.

With this, its total order book has crossed more than $1 billion. These existing contracts on hand will provide earnings visibility to its financial year ending March 2030. KSH Holdings shares closed at 35 cents on March 12, down 2.82% for the day but up 56.82% in the past year.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	A placement benefits the rest of us if the money is used in a good way, increasing the value of the company as whole more than the negative dilution effect of issuing new shares. The issue here is that KSH already had lots of money and did not appear to need more so no upside is apparent. Meanwhile the downside from dilution was greater than it needed to be had KSH only waited a bit for the results before placing the shares, which it could have done as there was no rush for the money. This order book will help contribute through to its year ending March 2030. Analysts Linus Choo and Chan En Jie of Lim and Tan Securities have an &ldquo accumulate&rdquo call and target price of 51 cents for this counter. KSH Holdings shares closed at 37 cents, unchanged for the day.
