LOSS GUIDANCE FOR THE FULL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025 The Board of Directors of Kim Heng Ltd. (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) wishes to inform the shareholders and potential investors that based on the information currently available and the management&rsquo s preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (&ldquo FY2025&rdquo ), it is expected that the Group will be in net loss position for FY2025 when compared to that for the financial year ended 31 December 2024. The Group&rsquo s expected loss for FY2025 was mainly due to late delivery penalties and cost overruns on a new shipbuilding vessel, lower-than-anticipated revenue from the newly established geotechnical survey segment which remains in its growth phase, reduced charter margins as several of our Anchor Handling Tug Supply (&ldquo AHTS&rdquo ) vessels underwent mandatory drydocking and special surveys which limited operational availability as well as loss on disposal of cranes. With the drydocking largely completed, the AHTS fleet is now fully operational and positioned to improve utilisation, strengthen revenue generation. The Company is still in the process of finalising the Group&rsquo s financial results for FY2025. Further details of the Group&rsquo s financial performance will be disclosed when the Company announces its unaudited financial results for FY2025 on or before 28 February 2026. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. If shareholders and potential investors are in doubt as to the action they should take, they should seek advice from their stockbrokers, bankers, solicitors, accountants, tax advisers or other professional advisers.
