New Noble Announcement DEADLINE ON 19 DECEMBER 2020 FOR COMPLETION OF THE ALLOCATION PROCESS TO RECEIVE SHARES OF NOBLE GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED The Entitlement to Shares Following the Registration Deadline To complete the allocation process before the Allocation Deadline on 19 December 2020, Shareholders of Old Noble who successfully registered with Lucid before the Registration Deadline on 19 June 2020 are required to complete the confirmation letter (an international legal requirement) and provide proof of identity and proof of address.
