Topping the list of share buyback

Since Twin Peaks project, OUE dont have any other residential projects and is basically just a holdco with effective stakes in OUECT, First REIT and OUELH. There would be a SoTP valuation attributed to their stakes in each of these listcos. Not sure what else they have that may potentially warrant a rerating. Dont really follow the stock close enough but have noted the buybacks too. OUECT results were so so earlier this week.. |

Around 11 % of the issued shares have been cancelled today and still got 0.44 % left in treasury. I wonder if the shares in public hands become less and less, will OUE be privatized someday soon? |

As I chesked the SGX website, OUE bought back next to 10 % of its shares, and brought the book value to almost 6 S$ per share (sharejuction fundamentals). Yet amazingly, no body except the company itself seems interested in this stock. Now the share price appears in sideway at poorly S$ 1.3 only, seriously! Worth investing? |
