The water names has a nice growth story but capped returns (think IRR for a project is set at 8%) and quite capital intensive (also abit difficult to reconcile cash flow and earnings), and water stocks seem to have consistently lagged market performance.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yep, they would profit if price really zoom up, if it goes back to 53 cents, they don' t make enough for the risk.   What if results are bad?   Then definitely they' d out of biz.   so unless bb know the results, unlikely they are the ones who caused this price fall. Either way, it' s too risky.
