Sorry, the sentence was left out inadvertently. I meant that on consolidation the theoretical price of OLS should be around 13 cents and traded around there. Once the XR date is on, the price could adjust taking into consideration many other factors.   Therefore it wil be good to do DD and analyse the situation and the possible price of post consolidated and X-rights trading. |

I believe the price of OLS immediately after consolidation will be traded around its theoretical price of 13 cents. The trading around 13 cents plus or minus will depend on how the bbs view the prospects of OLS or the subsequent RTO. After a few days of trading the OLS shares and then depending on when the XR happens.   So far, I can' t pin point the XR date as I have not seen any info on it.   Those who are aware, kindly let us know. |

Ong Lai Song (Fortune come happy)= hahaha

Last day for trading Transcu is at 21.07.2014
Book close for Consolidation is at 5.00pm 24/07/2014
Trading of new consolidated   shares at 9.00 am on 22/07/2014.
Your CDP acct will be updated only on 25th July 2014.
Book Close for Rights is at 5.00pm 04/08/2014 for allotment of rights cum warrants according to how many lots in the CDP. Remember if less than 65 lots, you get odd lots only for warrants and rights..

After the issue of rights cum warrants, it would normally take   a week or two   for you to go to the ATM to subscribe for new shares.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you subscribed to the rights, you will get your warrants.   If you sell off your rights, there won' t be any warrants.

Warrants are LATER subscribed separately, IF YOU HAVE THEM,   through the secretary of the company. So you don' t have to go to ATM machines for paying. The life of the warrants is 3 years.   So you have 3 years to subscribe for whatever number of shares you want up to the limited of the warrants you may have.

So please take note of the above as previous threads may have insufficient info.   Good lucky lucky.
