The Company is hereby withdrawing the 6 June 2022 Proposed Capital Reduction and Proposed Distribution in Specie EGM Notice and Circular. Accordingly, the extraordinary general meeting to table the resolutions in relation to the Proposed Capital Reduction and Proposed Distribution in Specie will not be held on 28 June 2022 and the virtual information session will not be held on 18 June 2022. Shareholders are to disregard the 6 June 2022 Proposed Capital Reduction and Proposed Distribution in Specie EGM Notice and Circular. The Company will keep Shareholders updated of any developments in relation to the matter in due course.

Yes money will keep flowing in watches business world wide will grow to 76billion dollars by 2026. 5G business is much bigger and book order for Ntegrator will keep growing the next 3 years exponentially what is peanuts now is highly undervalued to the curent assets it is holding another 80-100% growth will be seen in the next 6 months just invest now when it is still worth peanuts and slll when it goes to 50cents to a dollars over the next few years . Better than investing uncertain Crypto market. Cheers no need to panic start accumulating and sit tightly in rain or shine as
