According to DBS, Sunright is flushed with cash, with net cash of about S$51.5m as at 31 July 2016, which is more than its market cap of S$38.1m! NAV = $0.573 If you look at the chart, it is touching the high of $0.365 of last August, in fact the highest  since year 2008.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Sunright has a 48.4% stake in KESM (listed on Bursa) which is worth approximately S$66.5m in value. From their recently published annual report, it suggests that the growth prospects of Sunright remains bright given that they have reduced headcount by 35% over the last three years and that restructuring efforts have substantially completed. This should therefore lower the overall operating costs while they have identified two key areas of growth - automotive and data centres. More notably, they supply their products to 7 of the top 10 largest semi-conductors in the world and with continued consolidation of the industry, the orders will essentially funnel to Sunright, making them long term beneficiaries. Overall, high margin of safety given that market cap is now $42m (net cash position of $49m + KESM' s stake worth $66m). Two growth verticals have also been identified and coupled with the completion of their restructuring, FY17 certainly looks highly promising.
