PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk (SMMT), a coal mining company under Rajawali Corpora Group, has announced its plan to distribute interim dividend of IDR 116.55 billion. Said plan is in line with the decision made by the Board of Directors of SMMT. " It had been approved by the board of commissioners on October 5, 2023," said Susanti Nilam, Corporate Secretary of SMMT, in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The interim dividend will be given to rightful investors of SMMT whose names have been registered by the recording date on October 19, 2023. The payment itself will be made on October 24, 2023, in which each share is entitled to interim dividend of IDR 37. |
