Four of the orders are set to be delivered in 2021-2022, with Navigation Maritime Bulgare having the right to exercise the orders for the remaining two vessels, the Chinese shipbuilder said in a filing to SGX.

Now BBs are in control and they decide how the price moves, not your negative chantings. Most likely the BBs already know the result prior to announcement.
