You can choose to (1) sell the 800 lots of rights OR (2) keep and use the rights to subscribe up to 800 lots of new shares at cost of $0.005. For people who buy the rights from the market and subsequently use them to subscribe to new shares, their cost will be higher (i.e market price + $0.005). Example, if I buy the rights from the market at $0.016, I have to pay extra $0.005 to subscribe to new shares, my total cost per share will be $0.021, which happens to be current price of mother shares.
