x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I have been in and out of KIT,... and came into this since its days of Cityspring. All of my holdings are yielding me in excess of 6% yield-on-cost,... and with unrealized capital gain of 25% or more. Hence, I enjoy both income & unrealized cap gains. BUT unfortunately for KIT, I have to temper my expectations. I' ll have to see some red at times for KIT because my average price is slightly above 50c...  My best REIT holding so far is : Parkway Life REIT, at an average price of $2.50.
