The same group of shareholders did the same thing past year trying to call for EGM to distribute oiltek shares to Koh Eco shareholders but was not successful.
Don?t think they can succeed this year as the big one probably have aggregate > 50% off the record

I totally agreed with you - OilTech managed by outsider profeesional stks performe so well n our home grown family web management only take care of 7 directors ( more than DBS Bank ) and CEO salary hulala but performaces if minus sales of Johore land lagi hulala - | ||||
