actually i dunno y pple will settle for 1/2 pips gains and claim to the whole wide world they can make from this mkt based upon tt meagre gains, and the worst is still dreaming of staying in GCB from penny stocks, hahahah. stockmarket is for those long haul with holding power 1, those wanna go for quick bucks, best place is sg pools and not sgx with holding power and a good fundamentally sound stock is the best way goin fwd. and those looking for quick gains will eventually bankrupt themselves, the sad truth is they dunt even know it themselves, hard truth ya. |

Info-Tech Systems up on positive profit guidance
It remains under the initial public offering price but has hit its highest level in nearly two months
[SINGAPORE] Shares of Info-Tech Systems rose on Thursday (Jan 22) after the company issued a positive profit guidance.
The counter jumped 10.5 per cent or S$0.08 to S$0.84 as at 9.05 am with some 387,400 shares transacted. As at 9.40 am the stock had eased to S$0.83, still up by 9.2 per cent or S$0.07, with around 592,700 shares changing hands.
While this marks its highest price in nearly two months, the counter remains below its initial public offering price of S$0.87.
The software provider said on Wednesday that it expects to report a &ldquo considerable increase&rdquo in its consolidated net profit for FY2025, compared with the full year ended Dec 31, 2024.
The improvement is attributed to higher academy training revenue resulting from stronger demand, particularly in the second half of the year, alongside continued growth in the human resource management systems and accounting business.

Info-Tech Systems expects to report ' considerable increase' in earnings for full year 2025
Info-Tech Systems says that it is expected to report a &ldquo considerable increase&rdquo in earnings for the FY2025 ended Dec 31, 2025, compared to the same period a year ago.
This expected increase is mainly attributable to higher Academy training revenue arising from stronger demand particularly in the second half of the year.
This is in addition to the continued growth in the group&rsquo s HRMS and accounting business during the period.
Info-Tech expects to announce its results on or around Feb 24.

Info-Tech Systems&rsquo CFO to resign, shortly after SGX mainboard listing
Gan Lai Thong&rsquo s last day in the role will be Dec 31, 2025 no replacement announced yet
[SINGAPORE] The chief financial officer (CFO) of software provider Info-Tech Systems : ITS +1.14% will leave his post, the company said just three months after it made its debut on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) mainboard.
The listing of the software-as-a-service firm marked the first mainboard offering on SGX in almost two years.
Info-Tech announced in a bourse filing on Tuesday (Oct 7) that CFO Gan Lai Thong will leave the company to &ldquo pursue his own personal interests&rdquo . His last day of service will be Dec 31, 2025.
The company noted that Gan&rsquo s resignation does not have any relation to concerns regarding its accounting, financial reporting or internal controls, and that there are no disagreements on any matters that could impact Info-Tech&rsquo s financial reporting or disclosures.
Gan, 62, has held the position of CFO since May 2021. The company said that it is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to replace him and will make an announcement when an appointment is confirmed.
