Same as kitchen culture lo.. no volume = cheap.. at 7.x cents. When news annouced, chiong liao.. too late liao..22 cents. Same as MFG, wait until got volume means the news is out and chiong liao.. and I say MFG wants to acquire new business is not rumours, is clearly stated in their annual report. Just a matter of whether u want to wait :)

CATALIST-LISTED property management company OEL (Holdings) plans to diversify into early childhood childcare and health education in Singapore, as well as the healthcare industry, through a share placement to investors led by controlling shareholder Zhang Jian. OEL NTA is 0.83 cents, curently trading at 2.4 cents. So the " meat" is not there since share price to NTA ratio is high. For MFG, it' s NTA is 8.6 cents, RNAV should be around 13 cents considering the 3.5 cents in escrow and the yishun property valuation much higher than book value. So if u based on OEL trading at 3x it' s NTA, MFG upon RTO would be trading at 24cents. Usually based on past history, whenever a cash rich company does a RTO, it would return excess cash back to shareholders. I think Chew company which undergone RTO can serve as a guide.

This is happening to Kitchen culture. In terms of share price etc.. Kitchen culture similar to MFG.. MFG potential 3.5 cents dividend in August and is debt free, so it has the ability to acquire a good business. Cheers Look at the posting in kitchen culture.
