Am following you on this stock today saw some big buying and a new 52 week high interesting as it seems like a undug undervalued gold only setback is Singapore side not liquid but hong kong side is liquid wonder whether can arbitrage buy here sell there |

got really interested in this super undervalued pick too... return on equity should unlock as it is still in single digits at 7 to 8% ,, , Price to book is only 0.441 and PE is at 6.4.... Earnings, profits, revenues and income is growing..... did you get to see the retained earning it has ballooned upto 226 million and it is growing by huge margins ... is a bonus on the cards... Good cash flow. and its supplying through it subsidiaries in India for a digital India which will grow 100 fold in the next 3 to 5 years. No joke close your eyes and buy small lots to go long and go strong as soon it will see again 40/45/50 cents and above with good growth and future rerating with the dicounted cash flow... Mark it for a dollar and above by 2018... cheers.. The Company operates through three business segments: radio frequency coaxial cables segment, telecommunication equipment and accessories segment and others segment. The Company is also involved in the marketing and trading of its products to the Indian telecommunication operators through its subsidiaries.

Strange strange......... this company is greatly undervalued............ and the management tried to delist it months back. Seems like some people are depressing the share price all the time bidding at 1000 to 10,000 shares at S$0.17-0.2. Ha Ha...... that's only S$2000. Another case of management trying to take advantage of small shareholders by depressing share price? | ||||

HENGXIN Technology and Kingever Enterprises jointly announced on Thursday that the exit offer by the latter to acquire all of Hengxin's Hong Kong and Singapore-registered shares has lapsed, and the proposed delisting of Hengxin has been terminated.
In August 2013, both companies announced that Haitong International Securities Company, on behalf of Kingever, have made a voluntary conditional cash offer to acquire all of Hengxin's Hong Kong registered shares. Kingever would acquire all of Hengxin's Singapore registered shares. In the following months, both companies announced a delay in despatch of the composite offer document. As disclosed in the joint announcement, the exit offer had been conditional upon the following: the requisite Singapore Exchange approval being obtained, the requisite shareholder approval being obtained, and a minimum number of acceptances being received by Kingever in accordance to the Singapore and Hong Kong codes. |
