x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Public info. He mopped up all the excess rights shares just recently to emerge as the biggest shareholder. There after Toh Soon Huat also crossed 5% holding. What I do not understand is why OHL did the GO for IPC and then turnaround and says he is not tendering his IPC shares since he is the one making the offer?
