End of this month, DSS deal will be completed. After which, process of listing Impact Bio in US market will take 6-9 months. The listing of Impact Bio will unlock the market valuation of SED.   The end goal plan would be to spin off every major division as a listed company to unlock value   Property Developer: In addition to their current city development role where they sell plots of land to developers, they have a partnership with Tesla. Their property developer business is termed ALSET (is Tesla spelt backwards). Meeting Tesla once a week, to grow into a property developer through integrating the use of Tesla Solar Roof and Tesla Vehicles (informally termed as Tesla Home). A few business models will be experimented: Rental/Outright sale/REIT. This is their value proposition to vertically integrate down the value chain - instead of just selling the land to property developers. The potential margins will increase to 40-60% following the move. REIT business will provide a sustainable capital structure for the group.   Biohealth: The mosquito (the disinfectant spray that can kill Covid virus and mosquito - can be incorporated within detergents etc) and alternative sugar will be the biotech that will be commercialized soon (in months). Their production of laetose (sugar alternative - lower calories good for diabetics) will be up soon.   Impact Bio could be worth 1-2 billion if all goes well. If doesn&rsquo t (worst case scenario), SED will still gain 50m through DSS share swap.   Comments on the recent share price move of SED: He thinks the current spike in share price is not surprising to him. He is emphasizing on his track record to realise the value of his companies, which leads to share price moving up. He is confident that the company can achieve huge growth in the coming 24 months.   A multi-bagger even at this levels in the making

When the share price surged from 5 cts to 12 cts just over the few weeks, his wealth already more than doubled. So money isnt everything to him now. If it is, he would have make it perform like Medtec or UG. Unless....he needs to sell off some shares to raise enough money to push up the share price. Makes more sense. Good luck
