Pharmas know the % and had been investing in R& D as they know the returns are high. if you had bother to research more, wafermine is based on ketamine and utilizing a new mode of administration. Ketamine is an existing medicine which is well proven to be safe. phase II study does not require large patients. 100-200 are considered a lot. That' s why it is now moving to phase III study.
