Price of stock was struggling at 004/005 1-3 months ago with little buying interest. Speculative, more for ST contra players, not for LT grabbers. just opinion

 Alert Admin 		On what basis is the Asia dental group a ' gold mine' ? How much you know about dental industry?
Is there any clause in the SPA that disallows the existing owners of Asia dental from setting up dental practice? Will QT retain all the current dentists? If yes, what' s the contractual period? Usually there is tie in period and there are inclusion of criterias that ensure continuity of revenue within next xx years, failing which there are claw backs of xxx amount of purchase price. Are such Clause in place?

medical and dental are service oriented industries. Once the doctors/dentists leave, patients follow...
