Not much they can do about their top line - their end markets are tough right now. In that context, to report the highest gross profit in 2 years is pretty impressive (let alone the highest net profit in three years due to the interest income). It suggests that they are price competitive, so business is likely to come back to them as the market environment improves. |

They have done exceptionaly well to reduce the cost of production and manpower cost. The cash reserves are healthy for growth and expansion. My concern is the dropping revenue. They are losing customers......... My take is sell into the news |

As you know, the share prices were up for the past 3 days from 5.1 cents. They are applying buy on rumours sell on facts. Since 3 days ago till yesterday the prices already up 3 cents but the dividend declared was only 0.8 cent.
