 Alert Admin 		0.124 is being tested. A Support at 0.122 is in place with 100M New shareholders but I would prefer to see atleast 200M at any price point, so hopefully in the afternoon session we able to build a 200M at 0.124

That sets the stage of a possible gap up open after the holidays if there is no negative news flow.

If we break 0.124 the next resistance could be 0.179 as the fall to 0.124 came from 0.18 after rights announced so this climb could be equally quick

smiley  12 cent done time for  the next dose. We should test 0.124 today and hopefully close around there. This gives the Management some right to face investors.

From here on we could see 0.136 and possibly 0.16x Next week, A positive business update before Merger could accelerate the move towards 0.20 before Month end.

Technically Mid-30' s is not too far fetched if these events line up:
* A profitable Q1 with divisends
* Win of Brazil contract
* Win of Dorado
* Favourable Merger and swap ratio.

SCM remains a STRONG BUY in a U shaped recovery at the START of a Bull run. The upside if far stronger than the downside.

As mentioned yesterday 5% up today. We just need to now hold 11.5 cents today and form a base here, the volume need to go up to atleast 400M today to create a decent support and we could be at 12 before close tomorrow.

Once again DO NOT SELL, we have atleast 300M of short covering remaining and the Q1 Business update pending. Forget Merger these two alone can take us between 16 ans 20 cent

I see no reason why anyone would be satisfied at current price level. They are rediculously low for these reasons:
1. the price of 20 cents for a merger between KOM and SCM is based purely on their financial data for the previous year. However, things have changed with the pandemic tapering off and reopening taking place around the world
2. for the coming quarter, SCM is likely to turn to profit and based on their share price about 10 years ago when they were last profitable, their price then of $3.40 would translate to $0.75 based on the numerous rights and capital injection.
3. Based on the potential of SCM being profitable this year, even if a merger price of 20 cents is offered, the merged entity will just jump the > 50 cents within weeks.

Is there any reason to sell now??? If you are just a day trader, yes and be ready to get burned.
