Definately not you. Despite lacklusture performance of Seatrium, there is still strong support for the management. What is the benefit of buying this share when dividend is low and no increase in share price? Without consolidation it should only still be a 12 cents share today. The honeymoon period of the management is long overdue.

No, $4 i won' t sell CEO Ong, who was the CEO of Keppel O& M before leading Seatrium, says that the company has been transforming its business and cost model, making it " stronger and leaner" than before. Look at YZJ CEO said one word " move to HK" ... look at Maritime' s price went up aiyo ... dividend 3c ... look at how much your peer is paying 20c no lah ... don' t think Eugesun is working for Seatrium if you think I am working Seatriun ... lagi cannot be .... fedup with their hypocrisy ... full of BS .. why would I work for Seatrium |

That' s the agreed term, 12.4c baseline. They are referring to price before consolidation. $3 is only 15c. They said is for the good of SCM. So let talk about demerger of SCM before merging with KOM, it was at teh price of more than 20c. With the consolidation, we should see 20c * 20 = at least $4 这 样 的 要 求 算 不 算 太 高 ？ |

Seatrium unit prices S$400 million in fixed-rate notes due 2031 at 2.95% Net proceeds will be used to refinance existing borrowings and fund potential acquisitions, among others [SINGAPORE] Seatrium : 5E2 -2.89% has priced S$400 million in fixed-rate notes due Apr 28, 2031, at 2.95 per cent per annum. The notes, which will be issued by its wholly owned subsidiary Seatrium Financial Services, are part of its S$3 billion multicurrency debt-issuance programme, the group said in a bourse filing on Monday (Apr 20). The notes are payable semi-annually in arrear and will be issued in denominations of S$250,000 each. They will be issued on Apr 28, 2026, and are guaranteed by Seatrium. DBS and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) have been appointed the global coordinators, lead managers and bookrunners of the notes. HSBC (Singapore) has been appointed as the joint lead manager and bookrunner. Net proceeds from the issue will be used for refinancing existing borrowings funding potential acquisitions and investment opportunities as well as working capital and capital-expenditure requirements. The proceeds will also go towards funding the operating and capital expenditures of Seatrium&rsquo s subsidiaries, and providing internal loans to entities within the group to meet its financing needs. Shares of Seatrium ended Monday 2.9 per cent or S$0.07 lower at S$2.35, before the bourse filing. ISOTeam secures $30.1 mil worth of new contracts total order book stands at $186.5 mil ISOTeam (SGX:5WF) has won numerous contracts worth a total of $30.1 million, which brings its total order book to $186.5 million. These new projects are expected to be delivered progressively over the next two to three years, providing revenue visibility for ISOTeam until 2029. The contracts range from coating and painting, repair and redecoration work and electrical works projects. &ldquo There are 23 projects in this latest round of contract wins, underscoring the sustained momentum of tenders flowing into the second quarter of 2026. We expect this trend to persist through the rest of the year, supported by Singapore&rsquo s robust pipeline of public infrastructure and housing projects,&rdquo says ISOTeam&rsquo s executive director and CEO Anthony Koh. Shares in ISOTeam closed at 8.1 cents on April 20, down 1.22% for the day. |
