x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	MDR- with possible >$300m in cash plus existing cash $30m = $330m!!! It will be super cash rich after rights! Except some shareholder may have liquidity and decide to not do the rights.. Wonder what the managaemnt up to? Possible buy into 4th Telco? With gearing possible to become a REIT or property developer.. think saw in write up mention of possible property play? $330m cash with some gearing can buy into assets worth $500m. I bought 0.005 last time and sold this stock at 0.012 many years ago. Will load some on Monday. Since the major shareholder who also is management is participating. Lee putting in $64m. Plus his 21% he bought in market cost 0.6c to 0.7c about $18m. So that's over $80m in cash. This is big money.. Unless he knows money will grow and share price will rise... otherwise, he's better off buying some reit / blue chip investing.. Do your own homework before you invest..

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Funny, MDR can do that then SWIBER, SWISSCO, EMAS.... also can raise fund in this manner 1 to 10 if not enough then 1 to 100 or 1 to 10000 sure got fund to pay debt.   Moreover, MDR already cash rice still need that much of money at least should let public know about it proposal.   Not a really good habbit, authority should limit the listed company it issued ordinary shares cannot exceed certain volume.   Otherwise, those companies will always allot shares and consolidattion after and issue shares and consoli..again.   Why do business? just simply issue shares as MDR did annualy sure earning money and pay some small divident to shareholders and issues right again.
