x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	AVC (For sales) and AVI (MOU with ZhongYou and others...) are two different entity. They are both subsidiary of Addvalue (The group). So if AVC is sold to the Chinese buyer  based on their propretary technology and AVI will have to continue to operate to generate revenue/profit for the group, unless the group is sold to or acquire  by the buyer. I bet with u, BBs are selling right now to retail investors from 5.1 to 5.4 cents after this recent beautiful story and then share price will starting dropping again towards rights issue price of 3.5 cents. :) cheers. Judge me on the share price, no need to attack me . I know some of u will start attacking me.. U monitor the share price first before u issue ur attack ok

And each time many will suddenly appear to talk up this shares, but look at the share price and u will know what is actually happening. Issue gd news is only for the BBs to sell to u... Now i see ppl buying at 5.2 cents becos of this so called " good news" and with the help of some promotions in forums, BBs will see to u. U see later, it drop back again after the BBs have done the selling. Those who say good things about this company, why not u scoop up all the shares from 5.2 cents all the way to 6 cents since u so optimistic, u will  huat big time if the company is really good as they claim with all their beautiful updates . x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I agree with u 100%, they the reports/analysts talk up the shares  then  BBs  will  pump and dump .. always the case.. If they so confident, why dun they the analyst scoop up all the shares in the market and become millionaires?? :) This addvalue will drift down towards 3.5 cents (rights offer price). Remember all those penny stock with rights issue like China fisherym pacific andes, Erza etc.,. All are good examples of share price falling towards rights issue offer price. I think the good entry price is when it drops below 4 cents when nearer the rights issue date. The share price is dropping towards the rights offer price of 3.5 cents. Only buy around 4+ cents. Dun be mislead by some who posts old news and post some good to hear things here. The BBs have already made use of the news to pump and dump on the 5 Nov liao. Look at the chart: 5 Nov, open 5.5 cents, shoot up to 6.3 cents high becos of this news dated 5 Nov. After that, BBs dump already , drop from close of 6 cents to today' s 5.4 cents. I dun understand why u post old news.. Look at the chart: 5 Nov, open 5.5 cents, shoot up to 6.3 cents high becos of this news dated 5 Nov. After that, BBs dump already , drop from close of 6 cents to today' s 5.4 cents. I dun understand why u post old news.. On that day, BBs has already PUMPED and innocent investors have already bought on the chinese news thinking it will chiong. BBs then started dumping. Look at the chart: On 5 nov, it opens at 5.5 cents, BBs pumped it up to high of 6.3 cents. I assuming many retails investors bought at above 6 cents after reading the chinese news articles while  BBs then start dumping. Share price then drops.
