Yes, cos there is a share placement of 117,647,000 new Units around mid-Dec' 14 which is only eligible for the dividend distribution from 17th Dec to 31st Dec 2014, in order to be fair to old existing unit holders. There is also another 118,421,052 Consideration Units issued on 19th Dec 2014 as part consideration for the latest acquisition of Lippo Mall Kemang, which will only be entitled to dividend distribution from 1st Jan 2015 onwards. =) |

Retail Sales YoY in Indonesia averaged 12.56 percent from 2006 until 2014, reaching an all time high of 40.30 percent in January of 2010 and a record low of -26.30 percent in November of 2008.
