x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	about 60% of the units have been issued options to purchase ---> Sales value of about $389.1 million So it is about 441/735 units. stockinvestor      ( Date: 13-Jul-2018 15:16) Posted: sold another 6 units last week.  total now 434 units sold at average psf of 1285+psf. stockinvestor      ( Date: 10-Jul-2018 15:21) Posted: the latest caveats show that the average psf has gone up to 1283+psf.  sales revenue is now 377m+ with 428 units sold out of 735 units. ie > 58% sold. the remaining units are mostly higher floor/better facing and average price is higher than the 1283psf average currently because these units included the early bird prices during the launch of early nov 2017.  at the current average psf, the project could conservatively earn $150m or $0.375 per share for this project.  to earn $20m less (ie previous report of $130m) or eps of 5c less, they will have to sell the remaining units at 1179psf to bring the average price down to 1232psf.  i do not think they need to do such drastic cuts as these are better facing units currently mostly commanding in excess of 1300psf.  ie drop price by > 10%. the sales may be slow as the company has no other landbank and no rush to sell but they are still selling even after the cooling measures.  in fact, if u did visit the showflats of the new launches last weekend, the activity is surprisingly bustling compared to the immediate effects of the previous cooling measures. the company is actually well positioned as they are not " Caught out" with huge landbank.
