Massive money printing by the Federal reserve will lead to a strong rerating of HongKong Land. A decline in the USD will cause the share price of Hong Kong land to go up to compensate in value for the declining USD. | ||||

With CDL and UOL both inching towards new 52 wks high, its ridiculous that HK land still trade at such valuations. It should be worth noting that the WALE for HK Land' s exposure to HK is 4.5 years which is well above what some of the commercial reits are enjoying. |
