1400+ lots sell suddenly becomes 500+ lots selling although only about 150 lots eaten up at 36.5 cents.. :)

Fake queues.., both buy and sell..

looks like distribution going on.. opposite of accumulation

Distribution = sell using 1 lot buy up to create a false impression that buying interest is present and price is going up

Accumulation = buy using 1 lot sell down to create a false impression selling is going on and price is going down

Relax....just dont play.contra.and buy at your.comfort.level.....i prefer u all read annual report from.2010.to.2013 ...u will know why i invest.in wee hur.......

BBs starting to offload .. is like fishing.. buy 1 lot 36.5 cents to attract ppl to queue at 36 cents, then when enough queue is formed at 36 cents buy queue, they dumped to 36 cents. After that, they put some fake buy queues at 36 cents again and buy up 1 lot 36.5 cents and repeat the whole cycle.

i notice this pattern in today' s trade.

many big volumes sell down at .36.

many small volume buy ups at .365.

BIG boys selling or what??

Example :-

Ya lor..no top in fy 2013....so if can make $20millions in fy 2013 ..I am happy liao...now targeting is two top in fy2014 while enjoying 6percent dividend yield. target to pick up more in the coming months....

Therefore, price of 0.33 is not sustainable & will fall below 0.30 mark.
In 2013 Final year Net Profit are expected to be lesser than 92 Million by a lot, because en bloc sale failed.
Disappointed in results of 2013.

I expect Wee Hur to go back to 27cts to 30cts with 2 cts dividend. Next year there are 2 top and 2016 parc centros and not more after that. Next year could have 1cts bonus dividend that's all.

We must not forget that Wee Hur is still a core value Contracting Company and Development is its part time earnings.

Wee Hur from what I gather is a very conservative management, so they may reserve some of the Development earnings for " Not So Good Year" for contracting which will deteriote with Property deterioration.
