Beware that the price for Best world might drop before 29 Nov, it has been rising alot already, there is a risk involved. Once  clear the short term seller, Yanlord will definitely move higher price, it is a profitable company. There is no reason it will not move higher. One way is to sell some of the residential properties, collect billions of cash, repay debt. And wait for commercial propery prices to come to the right price. Maybe even can use the cash to buy distressed properties. Lots of way.
