With vaccine coming soon and both China and Vietnam being the most successful countries in stopping the spread of Covid, next year is a superb year for Adventus once their two properties open. Once again - There is no need to wait for profit from the hotel and resort businesses, Adventus has immediate paper profit(means increase in NAV) in tens of millions from the values of their properties once they are completed. Secondly, they are also going into commodity business anytime from now. All these strong catalysts in the near future will definitely make this penny the next rising star.
