Dear Loyal supporters of STA shares. Today I share with you concerning my group of Asian business associates from the rubber fraternity holding about 40 million STA Thai shares at an average price of 28.25 Baht. We have done our due diligence already and we are a group of buy and investors with a 6 to 12 months horizon probably into 1st half June 20 after viewing rubber prices having bottom out for the rest of year since the March rubber price low of TSR 20 SICOM at 106.00 uscts/kg to a high few days ago of 133.2 uscts/kg for nearby contract trading month. We are not in to speculating in and out of the mkt but we can say STA is a solid well managed company basis their profitability at least for the next few quarters. Even before the 2nd quarters result release today' Citibank Research Dept has revised their target price from 39.80 Baht to 71 Baht as the base line with a bull case of 88 Baht and lower end of support at 22 Baht. What does Citibank know, that we do not know then even as we are involved with the rubber industry?? | ||||

Dear Friends, the key in STA next rally will be derived from STGT humongous net profits after the 3rd quarers result thereafter. Buckle your seat belt and enjoy the steady and gradual climb in STA share price within a 6 to 12 months period. STA is not a specutive counter for jumping in and out of the mkt. It is a buy and hold investment to reap the full benefit of price appreciation over time. STA will benefit from the recent rubber price rise till date from a recent low in March for TSR 20 SICOM at 106 uscts/kg to a high of 133.2 uscts/kg few days ago and probably rubber price has already bottomed out for the rest of the year which mkt participants have not taken notice besides humongous profits of 56% earnings contribution from STGT few quarters thereafter until 1st half .June 2021 due to forward gloves book orders having been fulfilled. I agree. I can' t comment their Q2 result, but their Q3 and Q4 result (2H 20) should be excellent. In fact few broker houses analysis and their target price were based on their estimated 2H result. If you can hold another 6 months time, rewards are confirmed.

I bought at a high of 1.67on the day of Thai Listing... holding till now and strong believer this will turn around. Rubber = commodity, even if covid vaccine turn around, this sector will bloom Glove sector = key driver for profit for now (At least near term till End June 2021) even other competitors want to build factories and machinery need time.
