Will need to see if they finally launch the SBB after but frankly $100m isnt going to move the needle but can probably send the signal to the market that it is where they believe is the floor. Will need to see if they finally launch the SBB after but frankly $100m isnt going to move the needle but can probably send the signal to the market that it is where they believe is the floor.
