I suspect Oceanus would be a major turnaround story for 2017-2018 esp after they inject sexy businesses into it.

Land value has been going up with each passing year and there are talks that the government might acquire back the land for commercial purposes. Based on estimations 2 years ago, the NAV based on the land value alone was in the region of 2.7 cent per share. Lots of upside based on today' s price of 0.8c. 2) Now that debt is no longer an ongoing concern, any positive business development is good for the company in terms of turn around story. Canned abalone and new ventures into lucrative aqua culture business or JVs will boost the share price. I think oceanus has already hit rock bottom and the only way from here is up.
