Replied as - Thank you for your e-mail.   US$68 million, pertaining to full and final settlement to resolve the interest payable and all outstanding issues, is on top of the US$108 million awarded by the Tribunal for vendor termination fees of US$101 million plus other ancillary suspension costs for labour and storage, and legal and arbitration proceeding fees which amounted to about US$7 million.     The announcements on SGX Net and relevant extracts are enclosed.   Dated 18 April 2024: General Announcement::Outcome of Arbitration (sgx.com)   Extract &ldquo The Tribunal has awarded the Vendor termination fees of US$101 million plus other ancillary suspension costs for labour and storage, and legal and arbitration proceeding fees which amounted to about US$7 million. May be someone within Seatrium wants to make some quick money with the confusion as SP is super sensitive to any losses especially at present situation !!! But SP is recovering now and hope that it will get steady before the Business Update next Tues, 28 May 2024 !!!
