SIA can issue up to $6.5B more on similar terms if required.  The pro forma effect if all the current MCB and additional issues are all converted is a book value of $4.24 by 2030. Given the potential impact of the massive dilution if addtition MCB are issued, an investor might request for 50% margin of safety to buy current MCB off the market, or $2.12. Then $2.12 x 37/100 shares = $0.7844. Mass market travel leave it to Air Asia.  India is too competitive and prices are rock bottom. Leave that to Indigo. But being there to diversify is ok but not till make loss. Good that Jet has gone bust and AI likely soon too.
