these fat cat management akin to gambling at marina sands with shareholders' $$$$$$$$ - n got paid handsomely for each hour they gamble plus all the vip perks ( they are the highrollers ). by luck , they won $$$$$$ one night, they immediately claimed $$$$$ as performance bonus...(as if they really good at winning) but after many nights, the total loss came to $hundred of millions, they still got paid handsomely and blamed the mega losses to bad luck (abalone stock died unexpectedly ...) cannot lose lah... by the way, you did not see the chairman ceo coughing back those $millions bonuses based on virtual paper profit of the past... |

Oceanus can compare with some old unnamed charities. But fundamental difference is where both the CEO's are paid big bucks, those charities actually did some good. Oceanus is just one black hole. | ||

Will land claims proceeds come down to us shareholders? Last time I heard that SUNMOON also got so much agricultural land, and now don' t have. Was land compensation given to them, the company or their directors? I never read about it, lol. So look out and pay attention as shareholders, lol.

for those waiting for the china land refund of $$$$$ to repay their shareholders' loan to oceanus, this $8K is peanut. if oceanus should close before the china land claims arrive, these folks stand to lose $80millions+ writing on the wall .. this counter is on life support merely to wait for the china land claim money ... thereafter only good for RTO for another oceanus-wannabe to repeat another magic road show. |

Spot on ! caveat emptor. today 2260K shares worth below $70 bought n easily propped the price back to 0.004. wonder the real motivation behind buying $70 of stock for ? if only the china government take 2 more years to pay the land compen...love to see how the management drag it out...every day of waiting burns cash ( really like the coma patient in intensive ward ...even sleeping coma needs $$$$$ per day to keep alive )... testing the will of the BBs n those who lend cashflow to sustain the highpaid management until the landcompenfund arrives.... |

Actually, we small medium or big time players and investing public are the suckers. We are shareholders but we are the last people to benefit from the company. We feed their families, their wives and their children and even people of SGX, (hahaha). If there was a gold mine discovered by a company, it will keep quiet. Once the company knows the value of the gold mine, planning to kill us will commence. Action to slaughter us are slowly being put to practice until fuition. Examples are announcing unwelcome news, borrowing, restructuring, consolidation, declaring losses and all kinds of unwarranted impairments and writeoffs, big losses in discontinued operations and so forth and so forth with all the weaponry available. Sgx will only look at the words but will never know what the heck is really going on, lol.. , |

now it figures.. all the perks and fringe benefits for these fat cat management while all the shareholders are left to hang for dead...one side gets all the benefits while the other side assumes all the risks and losses. no wonder there are so many wolves (in armani suits ) running amog in wall street...wonder what SGX will do about those shady hidden deals... yes it is rather strange that land compensation of 20+millions has not been highlighted nor mentioned in any of oceanus annoucements or AGM ... guess the less the shareholders know about this ... the better for ... |

There are many cases where the compensation for land paid by the government to many of listed companies just disappeared and I think went into the pockets of CEOs and some board members. I remember farm land turned development in one company just never got mentioned when the company restructured. Any inkling? |

can see BBs are frantically keeping this counter afloat ( they need to keep it alive until the chinese government pays the millions of land reclaimation compensation - to pay back some of the outstanding big loans given by some of these BBs to oceanus ) - the only reason that this counter is still kept alive by the BBs. the chinese security firm knew and held the ace card . oceanus must play by the chinese rules. the coma patient has passed the point of no return today. folks these BBs are like the tied crabs.. waiting only for the chinese land compensation before abandoning ship. unlike Apple in distress years, she has no steve job on board only fat cats. |

Remember that they had to wait a few months to get loan to pay their auditor...which must be a lot smaller $ than this Chinese creditor of 11million RMB.. Without security guards , what about pilferage n theft ? Ending with no abalones to sell | ||
