Certainly it is very cheap but some may say there is a reason why it is so cheap.  I hear some people say it is being played around by GEM and this may very well be true. If so, one has to be careful on the movement either way. 0.001 up or down may mean a lot to the BB' s. it is us small timers who get swept away when the tornado hits.
