I think it is better that you go attend the following :

1)Stock course offered from Value investing(Sean Seah), Daniel loh and others. It is never to late to learn from the stock investment.

Once you acquire all the skills above, then you will know why one stock price will drop and rise back. Then you will become Stock professor like me :)

Yanlord is NOT a problem company.    Company have good management and vision.

At the moment., just stop your negative thought and comment, you will see the stock price will keep rising to my target price.    :)

Full financial year profit result below :

Year 2015 : RMB 2370 Million 
Year 2016 : RMB 3977 Million 
Year 2017 : RMB 5620 Million 
Year 2018 : RMB 3815 Million(this is recent Half year profit, which is already  80% better than half year result in year 2017)

Nobody, let me repeat, nobody has the power to influence any stock by posting anything here.

I quoted Midas as an example of s stocks, and I did not say that Yanlord is like Midas. There is a longer list of suspended s stocks on SGX. It has left me with a lifelong phobia about s stocks.

 Alert Admin 		You are the one Naive, do not  have any fact and try to relate china stock will drop like Midas.
So, u mean all the china stock listed in SG will be like Midas. Will continue to fall ?

Why I said Yanlord not like Midas :

1.By the way, before midas got suspended, SGX already queried Midas for few time, go and see SGX announcement, this is where you need to beware already. It does not happen to Yanlord !

2.The share price for Midas dropped from 0.20 to below 0.10 in few days only, this mean something happened to Midas in behind already. Yanlord take years to drop from 1.8 to current price. Now it start to climb back from the lower price 1.16 and now is 1.27 already. It is not the same with Midas, don&rsquo t try to relate !
 
You analyst really have problem. Are you the competitor of Yanlord and try to destroy the company reputation ?

Midas was given A1 comments before its suspension. I posted a warning when everyone was hot about Silk Road and the contracts awarded because I have seen many s stocks being suspended after the party.

If YanLord is so good, its share will tell the truth. I am just sharing what I have read from the newspapers and my observations, no fake, no ulterior motive. I am not vested in this stock.

I once read about this line from an article and I strongly believe it:

Why are you so sure that those who say so good  about this stock in this forum are not the ones selling and pushing this stock down?

China ppl keep buy house to keep, it is common to see they let it empty (ask your China friend and get this info from them), and they will sell when it is in higher value. They are rich now not like us. The sales still continue, Yanlord still get paid. Not like johor, almost 30% house cannot sold out, nobody want to buy. This is more worry.
 
 
I will not recommend you to buy Yanlord if anything below happened :
 
-profit not stable and continue reduce. (Yanlord profit keep increase recent 5 years)
-debt increase every year (The debt for Yanlord not increase every year in recent 5 years, controlled)
-company have cash flow problem (This also not happened to Yanlord, and they did not issue right or do private placement to get money from investor)
 
Once you stop criticise and say bad word to Yanlord, the share price will continue to rise. Becos of your bad mouth and fake info, the share keep drop.
 
Imaging if you are CEO of the company, u like someone to destroy your company reputation like this ?

 Alert Admin 		china property cannot be talk about as china as a whole as it is a big country. what happens in beijing, shanghai, guangzhou, shen zhen and 2nd tier cities and rural area are different story.

people will continue to move towards cities especially the 4 main big cities. in these places, land is precious and there is not enough.they have tear down old and rebuild. even extend the size of city. in this cities,the continue influx of people searching for jobs, study etc will meant property will be in demand for a long time.


while in the rural area. young people are leaving to cities. property? maybe the young buy and keep as empty nest for holidays or for when they retire.

new area are coming up. like the southern area covering guang zhou, hongkong, macau, the recent linkage by bridge is with a view of integrating this into an area of growth. Major chinese tech co are base in this area.

thier government actions are mainly to satify demand via rental instead of ownership. but will really happen is some people has to own to rent right?
will their property developer become the new landlord?

yanlord sale last year about cny 32-33b.   
city dev about cny23b (convert for compare)
so while in local term they are big. in china they are just niche player.
many things in china is trending to be big due to the size of their populations.
their top 4 banks are also the world top 4 bank.
