The recent  unwinding of QSI Minority Cross-Shareholdings will result in expected cash inflow of approximately S$55.86 million (about S$0.022 per share). The divestment of FMH itself already resulted in a capital gain of about $0.115 per shares (nett cash received after using total proceeds of S$664.2 mil and less repayment of debt S$307.8 mil =S$356.4 mil which is about $0.158 per share)  And according to Maybank analysts, the company is still holding on to $428 mil in cash as at September 2024 which is similar to shareinvestor financial data showing a cash-in-hand of number of $0.19 per share. Summarising the above (and assuming the calculations are correct), the company' s current cash in hand would be about $0.19+$0.022+$0.0158 =$0.37 per share. So paying out the capital gain from the sale of FMH of $0.115 is not impossible as they will still hoard a cash holding of  $573 mil. Besides the above sale, they still hold freight forwarding company Famous Holdings which they have identified as a non core asset which they may divest. That according to Maybank will rake in another S$80 -100 mil.
