Besides, compare the Seatrium letters dated 18 April and 21 May on the Outcome of Arbritration, if the US$68 millions is lesser than the earlier US$108 million, is a better news. It also seems to suggest that the US$101m and US$7m were already awarded so maybe my understanding is inaccurate but it seems to suggest an additional payment of US$68m to ' resolve the interest payable and all outstanding issues arising from the Award with the vendor' .  The company seriously need to improve their PR and investor relations to provide clarity to the market. Pretty unacceptable for a blue chip company where they also randomly publish media releases on their website and not on SGXNET.

The arbitration proceedings, which commenced in December 2021, centred on four separate contracts for the supply of equipment. I think this 108m has also been made as provisions.
